....and we're off!

Hello all- 

These are McBrede's periodic posts from our 2017 trip to Eire. See below the obligatory packing mayhem photos. Today’s post is primarily for test purposes and to get us used to using the blog.

Extra points if you can find Ernie; he will be our mascot throughout our travels.

We made it through the border and through security and found that our flight had been delayed by 2 hours, so we settled in at the gate and prepared for a long wait.

As soon as I wrote that last sentence, they announced last boarding call on another flight with our names. Turns out we got bumped to an earlier flight so that we wouldn’t miss our connection to Dublin, but we didn’t get word. Let the games begin.
